Hi! Thank you very much for the knife you sent me! It was my dream since last year when I first saw the video about it! I liked almost everything and the shape of the blade and the handle of the knife, absolutely everything! But next time I would like you to sharpen the spine of the knife for me, if possible, at an angle of 90 degrees, to cut out sparks from Ferro Rod better! I also want you to work on sharpening the knife, it does not work very well with carving of wood, either it slips, or need use more power for carving the wood! I watched a lot of videos about knives such as AK-5.5 and AK 4.5 and everyone who cut wood or made Feather sticks ,had the same problem – the knife slipped on the wood or cut off a large piece of wood! I also wanted to ask you about your signature on the knife blade! All the knives in the video have it, but mine doesn’t??? Why is that?? Or you just forgot put it on blade! Also I apologise for my English if I made a lot of mistakes in writing but I hope you will understand, What I mean! Thank you so much !With best wishes , Oleksandr

ARCHITECT® AK 4.5 – Knife Builder

My AK 4.5 is beautiful and superbly made. I was pleasantly surprised to see it being shipped from Ohio, where I live! The only improvement I could say, is round over the thumb release on the sheath a little. It is a little sharp. For example, like on an Esee sheath where it is at about a 45 degree angle and smooth.
Please make a AK 4.5 in Magnutcut with a scandi grind and a 90 degree spine for ferro rod striking.

It’s been almost 3 weeks now and I haven’t even gotten the knife. USPS has now held the knife at 5 different facilities and it’s been at the same spot for 4 days now. WOW! How about changing to UPS or someone who actually delivers what people order?
