What Makes This Small Fixed Blade Special

This small EDC fixed blade is the perfect option for those interested in building a low-maintenance companion knife. The blade is even lighter than it looks, and it’s constructed out of stainless Magnacut steel to make it extremely sharp and provide it with high corrosion resistance to prevent rusting.

The 3-inch fixed blade is also heat-treated and uncoated to minimize drag when you’re using it for slicing. Simply utilize our Knife BUILDERS tool to stick the right handle on it, and you’ll love carrying around your new premium knife day in and day out.

How to Make the Most of This Blade

While this small EDC fixed blade is just about as compact as it gets, don’t let that fool you into thinking it can’t keep up with tons of tasks you’ll want to carry out with it. It’s a very versatile all-purpose blade that can take on almost any cutting tasks you need it to.

This 3-inch fixed blade is ideal for DIY, bushcraft, and worksite projects. Its high saber grind also allows it to behave like a much bigger knife, even though you’ll barely notice it when it’s tucked away in your pocket.

I’ve been waiting for a customizable knife just like this for year. Finally go an EDC fixed blade that looks exactly like what I’ve always invisioned. Only thing keeping it from a 5 star review is I wish the sheath made it easier to pocket carry. Well done guys!

I highly recommend the ak3 for an edc or companion camp knife
The thickness gives it great geometry and the handle ergos are perfect

Great little knife, everything is well finished and fits perfectly. Blade stock is a little thinner than I expected but great for a knife this size. Very slicey!
AK4 is next on the list!

The AK3 has an amazing blade shape and profile for an EDC fixed blade and good steel with a good heat treat.

First off, I have NOTHING against the leather sheath that came with my 3.5, but now that I’ve put my own kydex on it, it’s pretty much been on my hip since I received it. Quite simply, a well made, useful, and fairly priced everyday tool.
    Well done, Architect!

So everything is as it’s says. To me all excellent. One reviewer pointed out the flair of the scales digging into his hand. A trip to the hardware store solves this. A sanding block, the kind that’s a sponge covered with abrasive! They come in med and fine grit. Used for body shop work. The big box stores sell them where they sell painting supplies. Or an auto parts shop. Just round the edges of the area that digs into the palm. You don’t have to do too much. It’s surprising how little material is removed. Finish with a little grease, wax or oil. Problem solved.

I front pocket carry a fixed blade daily. Works better than a folder for me. I have been searching for the best all around blade (for my typical daily tasks) when I found this one. My search may well be over. I love this knife.
